Your Appointment
To ensure that all of our clients receive the best possible service, we ask that each client is ready for their treatment 10 minutes prior to their appointment.
As your treatment time has been especially reserved for you, late arrival may affect the length of your treatment. Full fees will still apply. Packaged treatment services must be taken in one session.

Health Fund Rebates
Available for selected treatments. Please let us know when booking if you wish to claim your treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will incure a fee of 50% of the charge for your treatment.

Special Health Considerations
If you are under the supervision of a doctor, or are using any medications, please obtain permission before making an appointment.
It is your responsibility to inform your therapist if you are undergoing treatment of any medical conditions, sensitivities,
allergies or physical limitations prior to the commencement of your treatment service.
